Full-time guards:
The expectation for this position is to have you work 5-6 days a week approximately 6-8 hours each day with the opportunity to work additional hours, including during special events and after-hours parties.The regular pay for the position will be $10.00 per hour, with additional compensation possible for special events and after-hours parties. The position will include access to the pool during time off and one flexible pool guest pass that will allow one guest attendance with the employee. Additionally, a 50% discount on all concessions purchased during shift breaks or lunches is available.Upkeep of certification will be discussed later as BRA has more of an idea of how we can work together to ensure no lapse. 

Part-time guards:

Current life guard certification is a plus, but not a requirement. We will accept applications for those who are not currently certified, as we are currently planning a training with NNPR.
